2005: ID in the New York Times

The New York Times publishes two front-page stories about Discovery Institute and the growing intelligent design movement. According to the Times, Discovery Institute has “transformed the debate [over evolution] into an issue of academic freedom rather than a confrontation between biology and religion.”
